STUDIOS
While there are no studios currently available, we do maintain a waiting list for vacancies. We offer premium working loft spaces for visual fine artists. All studios include high ceilings, wood floors, ample wall space, huge energy efficient windows, and individually-controlled natural gas heating. Common areas include kitchenettes, gallery space, a conference room, a freight elevator, two clean-up sinks per floor, a gift shop, and ADA compliant restrooms, plus many design upgrades, all in a three-story historic corset factory in the beautiful South End of Bridgeport, CT, just blocks from Seaside Park and Long Island Sound.

SIZE
Studios range in size from 120-1425 square feet with 11-18' ceilings and maple floors.
SECURITY
Private parking is available; a state-of-the-art security system is in use. Premises are not open to the public except for events.
OPPORTUNITY
Multiple open studio and other events plus exhibitions and workshops provide opportunities throughout the year.
UTILTIES
Robust WiFi is available, natural gas heating and electric are added depending on usage.
